AP State Nandi T.V. Film Awards for the year 2011 were announced recently and Zee Telugu bags 4 State Nandi Awards including a Golden Nandifor Pasupu Kumkuma – primetime fiction soap, in the ‘Best Daily Serial’ Category. Besides Golden Nandi, Pauspu Kumkuma also awarded two Copper Nandis in the categories of ‘Best Child Actor’ and ‘Best Female Dubbing Arist’.
Muddu Bidda another Primetime daily serial got Copper Nandi in ‘Best Female Playback Singer’ category; this serial stands apart in Zee Telugu Shows as the longest running soap that completed its 900 episodes recently.
The Nandi Awards is the highest award ceremony for excellence in Telugu Cinema, Telugu Theater & Television, presented annually by Government of Andhra Pradesh.
