Zee Bangla’s Happy Parents Day celebrates the celestial union between parents and their children. The show hosted by renowned actor, thespian Debshankar Halder caters to people across generations who have a sense of gratitude towards their parents.

The theme of the show revolves around loving your parents and fulfilling their wishes independently. The format of the show is in the form of a quiz where the answer to the given questions for that particular round allows you to win the gifts selected by you for them. The contestant gets to select the gifts prior to the quiz. The show is divided into 4 rounds; the concept is that the rounds get amalgamated to the wishes. So the wishes made prior to the quiz get divided on parameters from 1st to 4th, while the delicacies offered as gifts increase chronologically.

The show is an extension of the sense of obligation and indebtedness towards one’s parents and lets you celebrate the same.
