Ten Sports, India’s largest sports broadcaster organized a special visit of WWE superstar ‘Big Show’ at New Delhi and Mumbai on 13th, 14th & 15th February, 2014.
The Heavyweight Champion visited Ansal Plaza in New Delhi and Inorbit Mall, Malad in Mumbai, which witnessed crowds of more than 25,000 people. Fans were delighted to see their favorite superstar LIVE in action. All Big Show followers were thrilled to see the star interacting in the local languages (Hindi and Marathi).
The 7 foot, 441 pounds wrestler brightened up the day of under-privileged children in Mumbai and New Delhi when he met children involved in the ‘Pratham Books’ programme. In a special activity on Anti-Bullying, “Be a Star”, organized by Ten Sports and WWE, he addressed 1000 children at the St. Andrew’s Auditorium in Mumbai.
Big Show is a WWE superstar who is a seven-time world champion having won the WCW World Heavyweight Championship twice, the WWF/E Championship twice, the ECW World Championship once, and the World Heavyweight Championship twice. He has also featured in films and television series such as The Waterboy, Star Trek: Enterprise, Royal Pains and Burn Notice.
