You have loved every story that Zindagi has brought to you since its inception. The channel now announces the launch of its two new drama series Yahan Pyar Nahi Hai and Malaal.
Premiering tonight at 9.00 PM, Yahan Pyar Nahin Hai promises to entrance you with its differentiated story line. The show traces a journey of an unhappy couple and leaves the audiences wondering whether they will ever find love. Yahan Pyar Nahi Hai is a story of the distraught marriage of Saim, and Haleema. Saim, regretting his decision of marrying Haleema since she is not well educated, humiliates her at every chance he gets. The drama takes a turn when Shumaila, Haleema’s cousin and also a medical student, takes advantage of this situation and tries to break their marriage by luring Saim towards her. Haleema unable to do much is forced to face her circumstances in silence. Shumaila’s brother, aware of the situation, tries his best to save his cousin Haleema’s marriage.
Also premiering tonight at 10:00 PM, Malaal is more than a story; it is a slice of life with amazing characters woven together making it both real and relatable. Malaal talks about four characters Danish, Zenia, Mahi and Jawad. Danish and Zenia live in the US and have been friends for a long time. Zenia loves Danish but is unable to express her feelings. The story takes a turn when Danish visits his mother in Pakistan, who convinces him to marry Mahi, a girl who is a decade younger than him. Zenia is devastated when she learns about Danish’s marriage. She then happens to meet Jawad, Mahi’s cousin, who develops feelings for Zenia despite being way younger than her. In the course of time, Danish decides to divorce Mahi due to compatibility and infidelity issues and goes on to propose to Zenia.
