Hum Paanch was the TV show that marked the debut of renowned Bollywood actress Vidya Balan.
The lead actors of the show Ashok Saraf, Vidya Balan, Rakhee Tandon, Bhairavi Raichura, Amita Nangia, Vandana Pathak became some of the iconic actors of the Indian Television Industry. Hum Paanch first aired in 1995 and ran for four years until 1999. It returned for a second season in 2005 as Hum Paanch Tadkar Marke and ran until mid-2006 on Zee TV.
