Here is an offering ‘A Golden Chance’, which will give individuals, a reason to break out of the burden of their loans and live life to its fullest. A reason to believe that one must nurture and seek their dreams.
Zee Marathi presents HAPTA BANDH, a unique game show that will provide an opportunity to people of Maharashtra who are burdened by debt, to waive off the burden of their loans by standing through a test of knowledge, skill, judgement and luck. It will feature a varied profile of participants from farmers to dabbawalas, from IT professionals to students giving it depth of story and variety of character.
In the show the winners gets to rid of the ugly monster that lurks on him every month “The EMI”. All one needs to do is answer simple questions, and every right answer is the key to reduce their loan (*loan of min Rs.50 thousand to Rs.10 lacs). The game is set between three participants at a time. The most accurate and consistent performer will emerge as a winner and has golden opportunity to be 100% debt-free by the end of each game. (The loan needs to be availed from Reserve Bank of India, or any nationalised bank or a co operative bank.)
The show will be hosted by none other than the superstar of Marathi Cinema ‘Makarand Anaspure’ in a never seen before avatar on screen. The show will bring out unexplored facets of his personality and also bank on his inevitable humour, his relatable persona and quirky wit and charm. He will not only empathise but would also encourage the participants and keep them going. He will drive them to reach to their ultimate goal- the thrill and experience of being debt-free and living life.
HAPTA BANDH will be a bi-weekly show and will launch on 25th July 2012 on every Wed and Thurs @ 9:30 PM only on Zee Marathi.
